This service description document (“Service Description”) outlines the Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) Flex Credits (SW/AIRS) Platinum Success offering, which includes Advanced Scale and Optimize services and Platinum support (“Platinum Success”), that Palo Alto Networks will provide to the customer (“Customer”, “You”, or “Your”). The Premium and Platinum support offerings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Palo Alto Networks End User Support Agreement (“EUSA”). Scale and Optimize services and Advanced Scale and Optimize services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Palo Alto Networks Professional Services Agreement.
